ARET ANNOUNCED TODAY THAT IT HAS DONE A RESTRICTED STOCK EXCHANGE WITH KELLY'S COFFEE GROUP, INC (OTC... KLYS) AmeriResource Technologies, Inc. announced today that it has acquired 6% of Kelly's Coffee Group, Inc. stock in a restricted stock exchange. The stock exchage was done in order to diversify ARET's holding. Kelly's Coffee Group Inc. owns coffee outlets in the Colorado area and also owns Berg Showcase that does high end interior design for retail department stores and hotels.
