I don't believe you ever shorted the stock above. I do believe you were off loading worry from having bought two cents worth at fat prices. You're lying your way into a corner and now you're trying to lie your way out. Why bother? As far this 8R/9S filing nonsense goes, why get into it? I don't know what whip created that bag of bs you posted, and I don't know who is worse, the imbecile who created it or you, who is trying to drum up some sensationalist press for it. The stock never traded at below 13 today even on the inside. It would be difficult even at yesterday's open to execute a market order to buy at 12.15. A limit there of size would have been ignored. Now, it is true that you might have been able to get off a limit round lot yesterday which at say, Etrade, nets about $23. You should be embarrassed about that, boy.
