Short interest increased by about 3 million shares last month. Someone is doing some significant shorting and we know the average SYQT investor/trader is not a factor with the share price at recent levels. I'm not a professional, but I do believe there are many ways to skin the cat. If the big boys want to short, I suspect they'll find a way. In addition, as your comment implies, not all the preferred stock offerings include a no short selling agreement.
