Who's selling? check this out.

Energy Drilling Indus Inc
The following is a summary view of a corporate insider's SEC Form 144 filings indicating an intention to sell. Click on the filer's name to see a detailed list of all planned sales by this insider for the last 12 months.

Latest Filing Name Quantity 12 Mo. Total
ÿ06/22/98 RODRIGUEZ BRIAN 25,000 $11,250
ÿ06/19/98 ELK INTERNATIONAL CORP LTD 1 Mil $480,000
ÿ06/19/98 DANIEL DROR & CO 200,000 $80,000
ÿ06/12/98 RAYBURN RODNEY 4,200 $2,184
ÿ03/17/98 BROOKS HARRY J 90,000 $15,300
ÿ01/22/98 HANNA MICHAEL M 50,000 $6,000

I hope this isn't old news, but I don't recall seeing it on EDII threads before.

It seems as if the chairman/CEO, CFO and others are enjoying the increase in stock price lately! Does anyone know who Elk International Corp, Ltd. is and are they connected somehow?

While I realize that officers may sell stock for any number of reasons (just as I can), this throws up a RED FLAG for me. Does this mean the officers feel the stock won't be going much higher in the near future?

Anyway, lots of questions here that I can't answer yet but I did want to share this info that I stumbled across with everyone and get a consensus opinion. Anyone have thoughts to share?

Regards,

D
