nVida IPO

RE: " Anyone have any idea when the IPO is? The SI nVidia subject has been dead for over a month since they postponed the IPO."

My Opinion of Relevant Considerations:
1) Unresolved Law Suit -Patent Infringement. (I heard there was one.) It's kind of hard to lay out ones strengths and weaknesses to the investment public on one hand and go to court on another.

2) Product -SEC rules for a prospectus are slightly more stringent than for a Press Release. Perhaps we shall soon see what they have to offer.

2) Market Conditions -Bare bones pickings. They would be selling off their birth right rather than raising additional capital. nVida would need to be cash desperate to IPO in this market. Everything in the industry is valued at worst case pricing, especially our very own TDFX.
