This can't be new information, can it? DOJ would have had to issue a second request months ago. Besides, I cannot believe that DOJ doesn't have bigger fish to fry than going after two medium sized companies that do not have dominant market shares in their respective markets. Imagine LU arguing that it cannot compete against TLAB/CCSC in the echo cancelling market. It's crazy. I don't believe the pending regulatory approvals can justify the 15-20% spread.
