Re: CCSC/Tlab merger. Tlab strikes me as pretty fully priced. Although I think the deal will probably go through, the DoJ did make a
second request under HSR, which raises some antitrust concern. If the DoJ
demanded some concessions I'm not positive Tlab would make them without trying
to renegotiate (or scuttle) the deal. (It would probably give them an out under their
merger agreement, which I haven't looked up.) Given all they have on their plate,
what with Cien, and with Afci at bargain prices.

Spread now 18%; not as sweet as yesterday's 23% before the last few minutes.
