I agree that the AMEX listing is not far away. The 1.25 includes earnings from the Russian acquisition.

Looks to me like the MMs are short and playing games--a tremendous amount of buying yesterday could not raise the price, but a much smaller amount of buying today did, most likely because they are running out of shares and afraid to short further. Then they widened the spread to slow the buying. I think this stock is going much, much higer, especially when their proven oil reserves are verified by reputable American geologists.
