I respect your opinion because you've been right quite a bit, especially about ACLY. But on the coupling of the CD with a consulting agreement, isn't that likely to improve long-term growth?

What have you found out about current cash flow problems? I couldn't find any Source and Applications of Funds Statements in their earnings announcement for 3/31/98. There was a balance sheet in there however. It showed cash of $6M and current liabilities of $9M. Is that the problem you're referring to.
