Just talked with John Regan. Good guy, sounded like he was calling me from the airport. Business is strong as ever, expects to have some additional announcements between now and the next earnings release (1st week of September). Still a good 4-5 years of major asbestos abatement jobs out there (even more internationally), but he is also looking at several high-growth industries to transition to when the abatement business slows down. Anxious to get a listing back, on Nasdaq Small-Cap or Amex (they will meet the financial requirements for both by the end of this quarter, Amex would be easier because of the lower minimum price requirement of $3 vs. $4 for Nasdaq). Said that the minimum price requirement could be waived, and that it definitely helps that the company has always reported with the SEC on a timely basis, which could help the listing process. I'm in at $1 3/8. Let's make some money. Gator
