Evidentally RNTK believes an equivalent 5% interest in a company that has not produced anything yet, and with a relatively solid history of constant delays, is worth giving away $800,000 worth of stock. It really does nothing to help the company right now. Given the relatively many and relatively very long delays in a number of RNTK projects, one has to wonder if ITN will ever do anything at all except take shares and money from RNTK.

On top that, one has to wonder why RNTK is giving away 500,000 shares for such a relatively hollow sounding project when supposedly they are relatively optimistic that a TX agreement is coming in the relatively near future. Why not issue 50,000 shares worth relatively $800,000 after the TX deal?

Despite the relatively excruciating delays and relatively bad management (they are engineers not business executives), pessimists like me are holding (reduced positions) because RNTK is a legitimate company with relatively great potential due to its GTL technology. We are hoping that RNTK, sometime in our lifetime, will get its act together so that its relative valuation gets closer to SLHO's, a GTL company that is most relative to RNTK.

In a nutshell: I am relatively optimistic given the relatively #*$&$#) history of the company. I am holding.
