Jeff I don't have the numbers in front of me right now but I believe the financing was for 10 Million & if exercised would mean a share issuance of 13 Million shares. Now the good side they have access to this line of credit now but refuse to use it due to the dilutive nature , but as mentioned earlier it's on their books & they have to get rid of it! Apparently they needed the line of credit so they could arrange other financing for the Panama project & once this is done the Kingsbridge line of credit will be cancelled.
