Paul,

Just raised some cash by selling a laggard in my portfolio. TLAB is first on my list, simply based on their strengthened position in the telecosm revolution (assuming the addition of Ciena goes through). TLAB's price looks a bit rich here and I may wait for a pullback (if it ever comes).

Buying CCSC to get TLAB at a discount seems like it's too easy. I read someone's estimate that the downside to CCSC would be high 30's if the deal falls through.

Anyone feel that an Ericcson/TLAB pairing is a possibility? Seems like a fit with the echo cancelling (CCSC) and the fact that Ericcson has been rumored to be shopping.
