TO ALL, Just afew thoughts on MRVC and MKT.It seems quite evident that money is finding its way into the small caps if not the broader market. Remember when everyone way saying that they had fear of a top due to the narrow eneamic advance?My belief is the lack of speculation innew issues and the OTC is evidence we are not quite reaching a short term top.Look for the dow to fade a bit but the russell 2000 to keep better streangth.Base building is almost complete in MRVC.JULY and NOV lows could prove to be the double bottom that sets us up for the move through 40.Dow down 80 on tuesday Russell up 16 dow equivlent points. DOW down 70 or 80 intraday wendsday Russell closed up.The capitulation has begun.Small caps should take the lead for the short term.Maybe a top in spring after wall street makes some bucks by heating up the IPO mkt again.Cont... DONT want to loose my post KOVICH
