VLAD:

I am really admiring and respecting your persistence, esp., when
it is based on your own money. but the fact is very cruel.
first, nobody would buy the buyout wish, instead, long may
sell on it. have you seen a company shouted 'come on in, buyer !
we are on sale'? do you really believe in this situation there
will be a buyer ? Vivus gives an impression that it is like
garbage right now.

Second, don't expect too much from international sale. when
Viagara hits that market, same thing happened in domestic
market will happen there, unless Viagara is pulled out.

IMO, if Vivus can't find a good management team to replace the current one which we all see how stupid it is, then
better forget this company. I just can't believe Leland
could still say 'hopefully return to profit in Q3 !'.
we haven't seen any improvement on domestic sale, yet
international sale could not catch up fast, so this hope
is totally baseless and does not have any credibility.

Going back to check the performance of the management team,
you can now see that the success of 97 does not mean anything
since at that time there was no competitor at all and it in
no way proved the talent and quality of team. now came by
production problem which was before Viagara's launching, then
followed by the most stupid decision to buy back shares(In
my limited experience, i never saw a young and growth company
spent the most wanted cash to buy back shares) and as we witnessed
later a total disqualified team facing the powerful launching
of Viagara. Did we see any meaningful reaction or measures
conducted by the team thereafter ? they sit there without knowing
how to handle such a competition at all, just stupidly watching
the freefall of weekly scripts. do you think the street will
believe whatever such a team does or says any more ?
