All it takes is a turn in investor sentiment. I think right now we have a bunch of fearful and depressed shareholders. The logical reason people feel that way is that the stock has been trending down rather than up. People tend to believe that stocks move higher on news. Sometimes they do like with the CRDM news yesterday.

But that news caught people totally by surprise. The stock rose like crazy. Today it closed below the previous yearly high:

quote.yahoo.com

Most times stocks move on anticipation of news or simply word of mouth. I think it's entirely possible, no strike that, probable that the current weakness is being taken advantage of by some new brokerages who will be soon recommending ABMI to their investors.

CE Mark will happen. I have no doubt. That's why Vitalitec already has placed it's orders. Once we get CE Mark there will be even more sales to distributors in the CE area and revenues will take a dramatic rise. Perhaps a large OEM deal or an announcement that the Ahn Thrombectomy Catheter is eating up market share.

All it takes is a little extra investor interest to make any stock move. We all want to pile on when a stock is flying higher but look at what a disaster that would have been if you had bought CRDM yesterday above 10.

How about the fools buying YHOO today just because they earned 15 cents instead of the expected 9. Please, $200 for a stock that might earn a dollar at best in the next four quarters? No wonder it dipped back down at the end of trading.

It's all investor perception.

Doesn't ABMI feel better at .53 than .47?

I know it does but there is no difference at all in the company. Fundamentally things are improving at ABMI. I don't know if any individual event other than the acquisition of the company will drive the stock price materially higher.

I do believe it will trade higher again.

Regards, Jeff
