Dear Bob,

If companies don't want their research mentioned here then they shouldn't publish said research on the Internet. After all this is why it's called the World Wide Web. The site in question where the research was posted is a free site with free access. Anything they choose to publish there is fair game in my humble opinion. (And in my lawyer's opinion too I might add)

And I did credit said company in the post prior to the post in which I published their report.

Also, Excerpts from this research report were also disseminated across the Canadian Newswire services. So I don't know what Golden Capital's problem is?

But if S.I requests I post only a link in the future, then a link I shall only post.
