****OT***** Bruce, Tellabs is in contract to buy Coherent but the cake ain't been baked yet. Spread has been widening indicating that the arbs think the deal may not go through. TLAB's got its arms full with CIEN and may be taking a gander at AFCI of which they own 9% and which just got a 50% haircut last week on poor earnings and their CEO taking a powder. All in all though, TLAB doesn't seem like the kind of guys that would walk a deal at the 11th hour, but. . . .Mike Doyle
