I'm back from the meeting in Newark. We got out at 10:30pm
and the drive back to CT went well.

WOW! What a presentation!! Each division gave their story
Media Communications Division
Consumer Division
Technology Division

These department heads are all REAL PROS. Particularly Bob
Muller, who IMPRESSED me to no end. He knows where he
wants to go, and he knows how to get there. A real sharp
guy, and an asset to the Company. Muller Media recently
took 1,200,000 DCTC shares in exchange for their Company in
a merger with DCI.

Bettencourt handled the Consumer division, and they have a
TEAM of sales or marketing people that show a lot of
promise. This was another recent merger acquisition.

Finally the Technology Div was R&D Scientific, and Alpha
Products. The showed us Data-Safe(tm) in operation using a
SWORM CD-ROM disk. Secure Write Once Read Many=SWORM.
Then onto the "wireless" demo. It went without a hitch
using a fully operational prototype. Full production
models will be ready by March 1997 or so. They are looking
at 21,000 square feet of space for lease to ramp up.
A.Net(tm) is the trade name for the "wireless" technology.
The wireless uses existing wiring in the building in lieu of
running dedicated wiring for monitoring equipment.
Typically they'll use the 120 volt wiring to send secure
data over while the 120 volts runs other lights or
equipment. The costs seem to be negligible, and the benefits
of forgoing dedicated wiring seem great!

The meeting was followed by questions and answers.
Shareholder Joe Medsker was looking for "real numbers" as
to potential sales and earnings. Joe Murphy, CEO, obliged
his concerns.

THAT and other thoughts on FUTURE events will follow in
another post.

The bulk of the meeting was to showcase ACTUAL PRODUCTS and
CURRENT DIVISIONS. No hype, just laying out the facts and
the potential this new team has for us shareholders.
It DOES LOOK GOOD!!

It's late. More tomorrow when I get a chance. Colin
