Dave,

I don't really consider the dilution "substantial" as it was only about 1.5 mil added to the total. Yes, it upped the float by 50%, but as for EPS, it should not make a "substantial" difference. But you are correct about talking up the price...it sets expectations that may not arrive, even tho it is a great company and investment.
