A Folks think Clinton is into the Chinese for his election and China is doing them some favors and that they won't devalue.

I think they will though and hurt his feelings.

Why is Rubin pressuring the Japanese at every turn? Is it just a show? Does he really expect the Japanese to be able to enact measures to stimulate local demand?
