Alright, here's a few more thoughts, and what will be on all of our minds. The idea here is to get everyone (that makes it thru MG) into the stock at a decent price and out with a profit...that's the tough part. Here's the best way to handle it, the first one in is the last one out...this is why we need integrity!

If, for example I buy 5000 shares of si, I send my purchase price, date and amount to MG. Meanwhile everyone that want's gets in before any of us sell, MG PMs the list to everyone else on the team. If I want out, I need clearance from everyone that got in AFTER me (I either wait for them to sell, or they decide to hold longer - that's it!). Same deal the other way... If MG is the last one in, he gets first shot out.

This should give us ORDERLY buys and sells. Starting to take shape.
