the Alertline disclaimer seemed to be plenty of basis to determined that they are paid,in shares,promoters...you just can't argue that fact..Add to that the post "they" made on the NTAH thread "To: John E. John and All, I feel no need to defend our compensation. This is a business, you may call us Hypsters but we do bring many opportunities to people who otherwise would not know about them. It is not illegal in anyway to compensate someone for promotional services. Turn on the television, open a magazine, look in the newspaper, listen to the radio for goodness sakes. Do you think Paul Harvey and Rush Limbaugh and Larry King actually believe their Bose wave radios and sleep systems are the best products made, or are they just being "Hypesters"? Does that influence your opinion of the product? We are very, very selective about who we do business with. We keep a Securities Attorney on retainer at all times, and stay in touch with NASDAQ and The SEC, to make certain that we fully comply with all laws regarding promotion. Say what you want, but like you we, like the company deal, we have also actively purchased the stock. If we had not been involved over the last week this stock would be less than .10 ! " Simply verifies the information I posted last night..DD |
