Remember where these guys are based: Hollywood.

I took over Southern California for an investment research firm in 1971. Supposedly the territory included 44 accounts. Within a year I had weeded out 30 of them: four even wound up in jail.

They sure know how to hype a lot of worthless movies so why not Palladium. Actualy, this is probably nothing more than what big computer makers have done for years ... let the world know you are planning a product ... see what happens ... maybe help raise some money to actually do it.
