Saw an interesting post about TXAG on the CW thread. Can anyone confirm this??? "Just arrived home to find the fax from my contacts at Westbury & Myerson in London. Pleased to announce that the TXAG acquisition has become a reality. Signed off this afternoon and release expected shortly. Conservative valuations are in the .3/8 range for TXAG at the outset. Acquistion terms clearly favor TXAG shareholders according to Dick Meirsel at W & M. I just faxed a request for release date and if company honors my request I will post immediately.
