Now all of us lurkers can talk !!

I like two things about backing out of LPS.

1. Management can be more focused on fewer things

2. Less shares outstanding

My guess (hope) is that management is expecting a strong cash flow from the well and that when the stock price goes up, the stock they were using to buy LPS would be worth ALOT more than LPS is worth.
