Well boys and girls its time to go back to the chalk board and discuss a few things. Its a game called Devil's Advocate. Its what apple pie, baseball, and Go - Go girls are all about. Its time to talk the facts, its time to speculate, and its time shareholders perform more due dilly, and get accurate facts from management, and its also time to discuss the technical and the fundamental side of this stock.....
Now the fundamentals are easy..one just needs a little lesson in Mining 101, Patience 222, and Persistance 357 (the magnum version). Look at the news releases, there's a lot of mention of properties, and Paul Jones, and an outside consultant in the house, and a mill here, etc. etc. ALL OF THIS TAKES TIME. Its winter down in Chile. There obviously is much ground to cover. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out once it is proven up, the sharks will appear. Are they behind schedule, maybe, maybe not. ARE THEY AHEAD OF MINE?. Which boat do you prefer to be in at this point. If this was a scam, why do you think they would go through all the trouble to file lawsuits, and purchase equipment, and send geologists down to the site...etc. etc. In other words sure seems like some major story telling to make a buck...these guys could have already run off with millions.
So score is Fundamentals 1 Technicals 0
They are telling us that an open pit is the way to go on the Santa Maria, the Nina, and the Pinto, the Mayflower should show up soon. My Mining 101 class taught me it might be more profitable to "pre-mill" the ore and send the concentrate down to ENAMI.

Now why spend so much time being concerned about Dayton and the Churamatra/Andacollo?. How would you like to be in Dayton's shoes. Their earnings will be out probably last week of July. IMO don't expect too much. Do expect a lot of retoric on the "future". Are the behind the scenes managers of MDIN playing hard ball with someone who has their back and testicles up against the wall, the floor, the ceiling, the door..geez you get the point. (actually got to give them a hand on this one...I'm impressed)
Fundamentals 3 Technicals 0
Now as far as issuing more shares to raise money to do whatever, and basically not disclose this fact to current shareholders, even though anyone who plays the BB market should have this tatooed on their butts. A simple disclaimer should have been made a long time ago...too late now guys, remember its US securities laws....
Fundamentals 3 Technicals -1
As far as the current rank and file system of how Medinah operates, with certain people who claim not to be on the board, or an officer, or the janitor but obviously make many major decisions...These "insiders" again probably forgot about US securites laws, and really should come out of the closet. It makes no sense to not be in the open about Medinah management. I'll be posting more on this later!
Fundamentals 3 -1 Technicals -1
I often get ask the question how can a stock with so much in the works, with these published news releases, still be at .20 cents. Well has anyone seen a "Golden Eagle type projection". Well we heard them behind the scenes, they seem vast but not yet confirmed. How can a .20 cent stock have a company like Dayton backed into a corner (IMO of course) and not be at $1 or $1.50 just in case they get what they want. Granted I don't care if gold is 250 or 50, if these guys confirm by non ex - employees of Bre-X, that the gold is there and that they ARE milling it, then it will be game, set, match. If they do comes to terms with Dayton even if its a measly million bucks, that would buy ya back 3 MM shares easily. These are the things that patience comes in handy..
Fundamentals 2 Technicals 1 -1
As far as price activity.......Man is this a can of worms or what?. Stocks never tend to trade at what their fundamentals justify, and sometimes very large multiples therof. So we need to stop trying to figure who is buying and who is selling, and why or why not. There are obviously many flippers out there, I for one have not sold a NPEC or MDIN share. So I'm not a flipper, but man I wish I was.....Would shareholders prefer a stock that trading in a 30 cent range where it was very obvious that someone was trading it. Down to .20 then back to .50 then everybody gets out and waits for it to hit .20 again. Well, the law of averages says that one day, it may not stop at .50, then what do you do. Would you want to be a seller at .50 cents on a Friday, and Monday morning the Fundamentals come in!!!! I haven't met anyone smart enough to always get in and out at the right time. This is not a trading stock, its a fundamental stock. Its a homerun stock. If they prove it up, and turnkey its over, its a homerun folks...just like McGuire hits! This is the roulette wheel stock, its red or black. ITS A GAMBLE FOLK!. If they do it right and succeed shareholders will make money. TRUST ME, if they are up to no good they will answer to it. They may not be the best at shareholder etiquette, they certainly don't always seem to be saying everything they could (and should) but no matter how much I think I could run this company better than they, I don't have a say in the matter, and as of yet am not applying for the position. Its their ball game, we are along for the ride. Its their rules whether we like it or not. We do have recourse and get a chance to call them out at the plate should they slide the wrong way, but for now its their watch. Would you prefer they half bake the cake or half cake the bake. Let's see the final product, then we'll lick the icing. Some of us will watch over their shoulders to make sure they don't add too much vanilla, or have the temp wrong....lets get back to doing some good DD. The kind that will make us better investors.
So final score Fundamentals 2 Technicals 0
We may not like the price, but then who bought Yahoo at $17.

p.s. trivia time: One of the founders is from SW La. (and geez yall thought we were a bunch of red neck coonass hicks riding alligators through the swamps on our way to school...we are but thats not the point)... the point is, how would you have liked to have been the girl who this guy had a major crush on in high school, and turned him down for a prom date...) Maybe her name was Medinah..lol!!!
