My Answer is YES everyone works on contract in the building industry..
There wouldn't be very many houses build if they had to be paid for
in advance.

That is true but isn't this all part of the bidding process..No one is
going to award you a contract unless you have tenitive approval on all
permits...
As far as being in a hurry to buy more shares that statement was meant
to point out that if ARET doesn't get on a paid News Services no-one
will know that this company exists except the current shareholders and this one is all filled up..I'm not pulling away from the station but
the cash flow cap is screwed back on..We will get a bounce only when
they get the NEWS out to the PUBLIC and only then...Bill

PS: From one retired Nailbanger to another maybe we're both nuts..Time
