I was happy to hear that Intek has finally completed their merger. I will continue to follow the stock, but I must admit that I used the "sell on good news" theory and sold my Intek. If it pulls back, I will buy it back, but I think they have a huge task ahead of them. Based on the amount of time it took them to put the merger together, their raising new equity could be a ways off. If the stock goes down in the meantime, I win. IF it goes up, you win. Heck of a deal.
