Deb, I must have missed that post of Mary's about the mutual fund... The reverse split was approved by shareholder vote, but it usually is.... and it is usually refused/vetoed, whatever by Mr Yeros. It is usually just a formality to give him the option of doing it, but he has never exercised that privelege... this time? Who knows. That is the big question isnt it.... MG
