VI, I also agree with you
that there is a lot of corruption and crime in Russia. Yes, I think the miners are in a really bad situation with the "middle men" stealing their money and the government washing their hands of the thing. The wage arrears problem has to be solved soon. What we are not hearing right now is a plan to reduce the wage backlogs. That will lead to civil unrest. This makes it even more important to end the ruble crisis fast, so that the government can have the time and money to work these problems.
