Does anyone know who the transfer agent is for AGTI and how many shares they are authorized?(100 million??)

I don't mean how many outstanding, that is 6,750,000 now.

I am just trying to figure out how much they can raise with a private placement and a conversion of debt to equity. Also I want to see if ruling out debentures is prudent.
