Randy-I would like to point out Jerome is very much on topic and he has an awful lot on the line here so as that is a coping strategy for him I have come to support him to vent.It does get old fast.But it keeps him going forward,maybe in a way it gives him hope.I would like to think it gives me hope to read and revel in his very heartfelt and yes often cynical posts.So it would not hurt to lighten up on him. In the same way,Rosario cut Randy some slack.Personal Attacks are not welcome here.If you wish to have a dialogue about Agtid we all welcome that.Randy is a first class human being and whatever you say otherwise we all know the truth.As for the company I also feel the same as Jerome for example.Management is very clear on all of our feelings.They are tired of people "sniping" at them.Believe that.They know what they have to do.Either they will or will not get it done. However,they seem to be working "overtime" to get the job done.I am not a poster boy for management.I do speak my mind in private,trust me on that.Randy,I would love to be a part of the party,great idea.The Best to All.MiriamsSon
