Provided they can prove that they can run the individual locations profitably after the build phase and start-up period, I would think they can survive. But since they now need to go back to the trough again to raise more money, the number of shares they will have to issue this time will mean a very deep haircut for the share price (which is what I am assuming is being reflected in the recent (latest) price drops. Please DO send me a copy of anything you receive. Thanks.
