Two 10-K's were filed, but neither is the real thing. The first was the required filing that they would be late to file (due to the resignation of the prior auditor, etc.) and the second was missing 1997 and 1998 financials and items to be included in the proxy statement and other later filings. There is some useful information in there for those who want to dig deep (100 full-time employees at June 25, $5.8 m R&D for prior 3 fiscal years which means a rate increasing during Q4). Filed June 29 and signed by Michael Hiebert, the CFO who Pluvia says resigned.
