Come on, EC, help me with this. The pros know the
ropes but there are a lot who don't. Let's enlighten
them.

First of all, the swindler has to get h is hands on
a legitimate mining claim. Might stake it. Might
buy it from someone. Got to prove you've got the
mineral rights. Best property is close to an old
mining district. This ground got overlooked. There
are a few juniors right now peddling this story.

Once they've got the property, they've got to
package it. Glossy brochure. Needs to make the deal
look legit. Want to create something that sounds good
but doesn't mean much.

Part one is the easy part. Part two takes quite a
bit more doing. But the swindle usually follows the
same old pattern.
