This stock is at its 52 wk low, for no apparent reason. Maybe, VAR is getting dumped due to its semiconductor equipment divison. Semi capital equipment sales are way down - the overall semi mfg capacity is much larger than markets conditions dictate. This is just a guess! Looks like a screaming buy.
