Maria, just so you know, these target values are generated by a new neural net forcaster that I got about a month ago. It took a few weeks to figure out how to used the thing, and I've just scratched the surface. The predictions may be accurate or not, only time will tell.
I wouldn't suggest anyone base their decision to buy or sell on them.
However, the other program that I use has proven to be fairly accurate in predicting those IBPP's. On that program I have 2 nets trained, one for maximum profits, and the other a little more conservative. The former signals a buy, and the latter has upgraded from "sell" to hold a couple days ago. So where does this leave us??? IMO there's a high probability trend is up, but I'm not convinced we're gonna break 10 yet. Also, unless the MM's come down to earth with their spread, it's gonna be difficult for anyone to make a profit.
My intent in making these posts are for historical reference, sort of score keeping, rather than for buy/sell advice, besides... it's fun.
