Last thing I worry about is class action law suits against technology companies. I can safely say that most of my nasdaq holdings over time have face law suits.
If there is any kind of disappointment in terms of earnings, then next thing you know sue the buggers. Insurance will cover it or the management, because they don't want to be distracted, will settle. Check out PTUS, SMOD and many others who are facing that situation. And by the way, they always claim investors were mislead or management should have known better or management should have warned earlier etc. etc.
