SOX is composed of semiconductor manufacturers-- I'm not
sure exactly which ones. The Book-to-Bill figures are
for a select group of semi manufacturers which is reasonably
heavy on memory makers, as I recall -- I think CY and IDTI are
both in the group, for instance, and probably MU as well.
Maybe it's the same group that's in the SOX, I don't know.
(I think SOX is an index traded on the Philadelphia exchange).

B2B for semi makers is a 3 month moving average, so care is
necessary in interpretation. Also, I *think*-- but am not
absolutely sure, that it involves only US orders. Foreign
demand seems to be more robust than US demand right now.
