Strong rally in Germany, Bundesbank keeps rates steady, Upgrade for INTEL tomove mkt higher today for tech stocks... The chairman of Gateway 2000 was on CNN Money this morn... he said that sales were at record levels...... no downturn in the pc business.... Even words from Gaaazzzzaaasmellllly can't influence this mkt to the downside....
