<<"Amazon brilliantly, and at great expense, has branded," says book publisher Peter Osnos. "When people think of ordering a book online, they think of Amazon. It's like Xerox. It's entered the language."

comment: Me to friend: "I've been thinking about reading the classic "Great Expecations" again. I think I'll Amazon it tomorrow."

Friend (looking bewildered): "You're going to what? Say that again?"

Agree w/ you Dwight, we do not "Amaxzon" books on the net. To internet users just a line next to Barnesandnoble, or border, or booksonline, bookpool etc...(or not even in somone' bookmark). The dumb analyst try to fool the public using the analogy of Starbucks/Xerox which is far from the reality.

(for stores if you like Circuit City you don't go to Best Buy since it is inconvenient, for internet it just a click away to one of several or to some of your favorites)
