And, according to Yahoo, the average daily trading volume for HMSC is 62,000, so his sales that day (41,000) accounted for roughly 2/3 of the average daily volume. We're lucky that the price didn't tumble. Apparently he has filed a Form 144 to declare his intent to sell 276,350 shares at some time (I would guess that this includes the 41,000 sold on July 1st). biz.yahoo.com
