Net outstanding common @ 1 April 1998, 12.9M ...which of course does not bode well for the old Stark theory, since @ his last reported sale, he would still have had control of ~7%. Sales which carry you under 5% (by most interpretations of 13D) still need to be reported. I'm backing off this one here. Need a break. I will post if I get anything good, and of course, follow charts. LB
