I think it's great that lawyers are stepping in to protect 130 IQ engineers who are obviously incapable of making career choices without government assistance. <gag> Personally I find it demeaning to receive employee "benefits". But of course, the tax code is designed to punish individuals who prefer all-cash compensation.
