Steve, are these shop(s) stand alones or in malls, retail areas,...where there is higher traffic? That is why I posted yesterday about the verticle integration, coffee shops need high traffic, typically are not built but instead lease space. Thus, it may be too speculative to think this was done for future construction purposes. Maybe peanut will give a clearer view to the overall scheme of things.
