a lot of the stock is held by management and large shareholders that are in the stock for a lot more than a couple of nickels. When it was a hot issue with about 52m shares out it was quite volatile and would have .25 moves in a day. the stock is not as "tight" as it used to be when more mutuals were involved, but this stock will move when the mess is cleaned up and money is received.
