The 8-k just covers the cancellation of the Wimbeldon license. Boring. NASDAQ is not a perfect system. MM can determine the direction by artificially creating excess. If they know there is a significant Reg S block outstanding, they will not hesitate to short the stock to levels that do not reflect true value. QDRX has been pretty lucky as the MM's have not been as brutal as some small caps have experienced. At the $2 level only the MM's can short the stock. With no viable production contract it was probably a good move to run the stock down and cover at the bottom. They probably got a bit nervous when TM signed on and after the recent run down I'd guess the risk/rewards have made other stocks better candidates. I doubt if any MM's are ready to take a big short position right now since the possibility of new contracts seems pretty strong. Just one production contract would make covering a short pretty expensive. Golf gives QDRX a lot of exposure to a group who would be investors. I believe this type of situation can be more difficult for MM's to control.

Just my opinions.
