Eric,

Comments on a couple of your CEO picks:

1. Ray Smith-Hands full at Bell Atlantic. And not a career improvement. Unlikely.

2. John Malone-Ruthless SOB, no matter his public persona. I watched him crush a small interactive company (INNN) that would not give him control. Not a bad quality for what we need done. But, I don't see that he has done much for his shareholders lately. And eventually he winds up involved in a million lawsuits.

3. Joseph Nacchio-Really? AT&T has been losing market share for years. Personal experience with them is that they paid me $100 at least twice to switch back to them with no guarantee I would stay beyond cashing the check! (I didn't)

But great work on your list, some of the second line guys sound like winners. Hopefully Young is working as hard on this as you are.

Dwight
