Sapiens CFO has been meeting w/ institutions all this week (some new, some current holders). That could have explained the buying interest early in the week. I found the co. to be extremely well positioned to capitalize on Y2K work and then to leverage those customers post-2000. They have several testing contracts already and a few pilots for their Euro solution. While every Y2K co. is trying to offer a Euro solution, Sapiens is seemingly well ahead of them all. Heavy royalties from partners using their assembler tool will start showing up by 4Q98, Euro revs. starting in 4Q and ramping in '99, and TransConnect, Iway and of course applications development work carrying the load in 2000 and beyond.
